Brichwood Services ("we", "us", "our") is an immigration and business consultancy headquartered at Office 101, CBD Building, Al Mankhool, Dubai, UAE. We act as a data controller for the personal data we process about prospective and existing clients.

2. What We Collect

  • Identity data: name, passport details, date of birth, nationality, photograph.
  • Contact data: email, phone number, residential address.
  • Professional data: CV, education certificates, employment history.
  • Financial data: bank statements, source-of-funds documentation (where required by the relevant authority).
  • Family data: spouse and children details when family reunification is part of the engagement.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard web analytics).

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data only for clearly defined purposes: assessing eligibility, preparing and submitting applications to government authorities, communicating with you, complying with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-client (KYC) obligations, and managing our internal records.

4. Legal Basis

We rely on (a) your consent, (b) the performance of our consultancy contract, and (c) legal obligations under UAE and applicable EU regulations including GDPR for clients and applications inside the EU.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We share documents only with the third parties strictly necessary to deliver your engagement: relevant government authorities (DED, DLD, Dubai Municipality, embassies, ministries), certified translators, notaries, banks (with your consent), and our regulated tax/legal partners. We never sell your data and never share it for marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

By the nature of immigration and corporate work, your data is transferred between the UAE and other jurisdictions (EU member states, Balkans, originating country). All transfers are protected by contractual safeguards and/or applicable adequacy decisions.

7. Retention

Active client files: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (statutory record-keeping). Prospective client enquiries that did not become engagements: retained 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to specific processing. To exercise any right, write to brichwoodservices@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Documents are stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access. Physical files are kept in locked storage at our Dubai office. We run periodic access audits and require staff to sign confidentiality undertakings.

10. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and standard analytics cookies (page views, referrer). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
